Inspired by our desire to delve into Nigeria's past, ÈKÓ RETRO pays homage to the fashion and style of the early 60s and 70s in the newly independent coast. Our journey began with the stories shared with us by our parents—stories of Nigeria’s strength, creativity, and enduring spirit. From our mom Eunice’s adventures as a Nigerian Airways flight attendant to the Pan African cultural renaissance of the Festac '77 era, we’ve been inspired to explore and learn more about where we come from.
